Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

All goods returned must be unused, in the condition received and in the original packaging alongwith its labels attached. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning goods. Please note Feeds, Supplements and Safety items cannot be returned. For faulty items and more information, please see Returns Policy.

Park Farm - Returns Policy


Customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to notify Park Farm through email or phone call. Refunds or exchanges will be issued within 14 days of returned goods being received.

Where goods are supplied not in expected condition, customers may return items up to 30 days from time of purchase.

Any goods being returned must be unused, in the condition received and in the original packaging alongwith its labels attached. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning goods. Refund will be less the shipping cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent.Animal Feed, Animal Bedding, Animal Supplements and Rider Safety Equipment cannot be returned.

Should a fault appear with purchased goods within 6 months (excluding medication and consumable items, i.e supplementary additives) Park Farm reserves the right to consult with manufacturers to determine the nature of faults. Where returns are proven to be result of fault, customers will be provided an option of repair or replace. Where this is not possible a full refund will be offered. This does not include items determined to be damaged as result of misuse or fair wear and tear.

Should a return be notified to Park Farm out with of 6 months from time of sale, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide evidence of the fault.

It is the responsibility of Park Farm to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. Should you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please feel free to contact us.

Customers statutory rights are not affected by Park Farm's policies.

SHAPE-UP is a low starch, high fibre mix designed to provide a balanced diet at low intake levels, and to help maintain a normal, healthy metabolism. It can be used as a calorie (energy) controlled ration for those with an increased risk of metabolic disorders to meet micronutrient requirements whilst maintaining a low starch, sugar and calorie ration, which is also beneficial to those that may be prone to excitable temperaments.

SHAPE-UP is the result of nearly two years of research and development and incorporates some of the most recent and up to date nutritional innovations for horses and ponies that require a low starch and low-calorie feed. The ration is based on Saracen Horse Feeds' "Super-Fibre" technology, meaning that energy is derived from slow-release, fibre sources that produce a minimal glycaemic response post feeding. The high fibre content of SHAPE-UP and the inclusion of an original acid neutralizing ingredient also helps to maintain a healthy digestive system for good-doers that may be on a restricted forage rations.
