Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

We estimate this will be ready for despatch to you or collection via Click & Collect on Undetermined

All goods returned must be unused, in the condition received and in the original packaging alongwith its labels attached. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning goods. Please note Feeds, Supplements and Safety items cannot be returned. For faulty items and more information, please see Returns Policy.

Park Farm - Returns Policy


Customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to notify Park Farm through email or phone call. Refunds or exchanges will be issued within 14 days of returned goods being received.

Where goods are supplied not in expected condition, customers may return items up to 30 days from time of purchase.

Any goods being returned must be unused, in the condition received and in the original packaging alongwith its labels attached. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning goods. Refund will be less the shipping cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent.Animal Feed, Animal Bedding, Animal Supplements and Rider Safety Equipment cannot be returned.

Should a fault appear with purchased goods within 6 months (excluding medication and consumable items, i.e supplementary additives) Park Farm reserves the right to consult with manufacturers to determine the nature of faults. Where returns are proven to be result of fault, customers will be provided an option of repair or replace. Where this is not possible a full refund will be offered. This does not include items determined to be damaged as result of misuse or fair wear and tear.

Should a return be notified to Park Farm out with of 6 months from time of sale, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide evidence of the fault.

It is the responsibility of Park Farm to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. Should you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please feel free to contact us.

Customers statutory rights are not affected by Park Farm's policies.

They are made at three dedicated Bedmax production plants in the UK, from fresh timber sourced from renewable UK forestry.Bedmax shavings were developed to offer owners a natural bedding that would help address the issues that threaten the health and welfare of horses in stables.

Minimise the Risks

Bedmax shavings are made to a unique formula to offer you a combination of benefits that help you combat the big risks that threaten your horses health and wellbeing in the stable.

DUST

Bedding is potentially the biggest source of dust in the stable, and dust can impair or seriously damage your horses respiratory system. Bedmax has one of the lowest levels of dust and spores on the market.

HOOFCARE

Your horses hooves need firm, resilient support. Our larger flakes provide it. We also dry Bedmax to a controlled moisture content to prevent hooves from drying out and cracking.

HYGIENE

Maintaining hygiene effectively is crucial and difficult. We make Bedmax shavings from fresh pine because pine offers unique antibacterial action against harmful bacteria and fungi. We also dry our shavings at sterilising temperatures during production.

JOINTS

Bedmax shavings help create a clean, supportive bed that encourages horses to lie down and rest, and cushions hocks and other joints from damage.

AMMONIA

Poor bedding and bedding management exposes horses to greater contact with ammonia, which can damage the respiratory system and attack the structure of the hoof.

REST

Horses in stables need to be able to lie down to achieve deep REM sleep. A comfortable, clean, natural bed enables horses to lie down and rest properly and safely.
