Park Farm - Returns Policy
Customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to notify Park Farm through email or phone call. Refunds or exchanges will be issued within 14 days of returned goods being received.
Where goods are supplied not in expected condition, customers may return items up to 30 days from time of purchase.
Any goods being returned must be unused, in the condition received and in the original packaging along with its labels attached. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning goods. Horse Feed, Horse Supplements and Rider Safety Equipment cannot be returned.
Should a fault appear with purchased goods within 6 months (excluding medication and consumable items, i.e supplementary additives) Park Farm reserves the right to consult with manufacturers to determine the nature of faults. Where returns are proven to be result of fault, customers will be provided an option of repair or replace. Where this is not possible a full refund will be offered. This does not include items determined to be damaged as result of misuse or fair wear and tear.
Should a return be notified to Park Farm out with of 6 months from time of sale, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide evidence of the fault.
It is the responsibility of Park Farm to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. Should you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please feel free to contact us.
Customers statutory rights are not affected by Park Farm's policies.
